ICL Botswana (Pty) Limited "ICLB" is a locally based and citizen-owned leading IT Services and Solutions provider whose operations commenced in January 1977. A management Buy-Out was successfully concluded in September 2004, leading to ICL Botswana becoming a wholly owned Citizen Company.

Since then ICL has grown from strength to strength with ICL Botswana’s customers being serviced from locations in Gaborone where the headquarters is based. The company has a current staff compliment of 45, with usually up to five (5) or more consultants used on projects on an ad-hoc basis.
